RETURN & EXCHANGE
- In rare cases you found a manufacturing defect or wish to exchange size, our store accepts such returns within (10) days from delivery date, provided that the product being returned is unused with its original packaging with no signs of damage or alteration.
- Return pick-up service can be arranged at your local address. If your address is out of serviceable areas, you will be given instructions on how and where to drop-off your order.
- Once the returned order is received and inspected, we will ship a newly replaced order to you within 5 to 10 working days depending on the stock availability.
- We will proceed to refund you fully in store credit if the item for exchange is out of stocks. Please see our refund policy for more info.
- Import duties & taxes, and shipping fees including pick up and delivery will apply unless you receive a defective or incorrect item.
- Shirts, hats, earrings, jade rings and other discounted / sale items / orders are not eligible for return, exchange or refunds and cancellations.
