30-Day Return
In rare cases you found a manufacturing defect, unsatisfied with your purchase, or simply wish to exchange to a different size or item, our store accepts returns within thirty (30) days from the purchase date, provided that the product being returned is unused, in its original condition and complete packaging.

- Photos of the order
You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your order conveniently.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will issue a gift card for the equivalent amount of your original purchase. This gift card code can be used on our website to place a new order of your choice.
We offer a one-time return and exchange policy in all our official sales channels. Claims to our 30-day return policy will not be applied if the product or order being considered for return meets any of the following criteria:
- Displays indications of usage or damage, including scratches, oil residue, perfume scent, stains on packaging, or wrinkled jewelry pouch.
- Customized elements such as custom chain lengths, customized beaded bracelets, or customized attachments.
- An item marked on sale or with an applied discount code.
- Considering hygiene concerns for clothing items, such as shirts, hats, and products like earrings, returns cannot be accepted whether they are worn or unworn.
REMINDERS
If the replacement pair is of higher value than the original product, the customer will be required to cover the price difference. For example, if the customer chooses to upgrade to a higher-priced product, the additional amount will need to be paid. In the event that the original product is no longer available, we will provide the closest variant in stock as a replacement.
Please be aware that partial refunds, such as when the replacement pair is of lower value than the original purchase amount, will not be accepted. To ensure that the replacement amount is closer to the original purchase amount, customers have the option to add any item from the store to their replacement order.
During the return process, shipping fees, including courier pick-up or drop-off fees may apply to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier.
However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, Homura Design will cover all associated shipping costs and fees.
Import duties & taxes, shipping fees including pick-up and drop-off fees will apply and shall be paid directly to the courier unless you receive an incorrect or defective product.
