Change of mind
We are unable to accept requests of cancellation or refunds due to change of mind.

Non-refundable
Shipping fees, delivery charges, duties & taxes are non-refundable.

Return to sender, shipping delays and force majeure
Orders affected by shipping delay, transit/delivery failure are not entitled for cancellation or any form refund. Should the selected courier fail to deliver the order, we will expedite and resend the order through a different courier. 

Refunds to store credits
We will refund you fully in store credits if the item(s) for exchange is/are out of stocks.
