The average wrist size for men is 17cm, while the average wrist size for women is 15cm.
Use a measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist to determine your size. Start at zero (0) and take note of the measurement in centimeters. This will give you your wrist measurement, which you can use to select the appropriate bracelet size.
Always select a size based on your exact wrist measurement, and do not add any centimeters. If your exact wrist measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
